1. We are planning for an in-person conference mainly with an online component.

This means that most of the conference will take place in-person, on March 18 in Tel Aviv. Online part will be enable viewing the talks on stage & participation in the online 1:1 meetings on the week of March 23.

1:1 meetings will happen in 2 batches; 1. In-person meetings for the people attending in-person on March 18.

2. Online meetings on the week of March 23 for all participants & speakers. Online meetings will provide an opportunity to meet the online participating speakers as well, they are also an opportunity for the online participants to meet the speakers.

In the event that covid or war will prevent most speakers from arriving to Israel, the conference will become fully online on March 19. We will notify everyone on March 14 in case a switch to online is needed.

2. Registration to the 1:1 meetings:

On  March 14, you will get access to the 1:1 scheduling system that will enable you to request a dedicated 1:1 meeting with most speakers / participants via the dedicated meetings scheduling system - we will provide access to the system in order for you to request meetings in advance - please follow email instructions you will receive on March 14 from b2match.com.

How to maximize attendance?

Hybrid & online parts?

4. You can pay for your ticket with a Credit Card, instructions on how to do it can be found at this link.

5. How to get the most out of the conference:

a. Attend the sessions & round tables! - they are designed to provide plenty of useful information, tips & tricks about the German, Swiss and Austrian markets. The round tables are sector specific deep dives that enable you to talk to the sector experts & ask them anything you like. Both formats are designed for you to get to know the speakers.

b. Visit the sponsors Booths in order to get in touch with them and learn how they can help your startup.

c. During the breaks - network & visit the sponsors Booths! talk to the speakers, fellow entrepreneurs and the sponsors.

There are no startup pitches, in our unique format the investors & corporates pitch the startups :-) i.e. the conference is about Reverse Pitching all you need to do is attend + request a 1:1 meeting with the investors / corporates / speakers. Note: they will only reply to startups they believe could be relevant to them.
